Cox Automotive is seeking a highly skilled Fleet Services Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our shop team, you will play a critical role in supporting the future growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities- Create accurate vehicle repair service estimates based on compiled information from technicians and customers.
- Professionally communicate and deliver quotes to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Serve as a trusted advocate for customers, providing sound guidance and advice on technical inquiries and product services.
- Follow up on outstanding quotes and prioritize workflow to ensure effectiveness.
- Collect miscellaneous information and parts pricing from various manufacturers and vendors.
- Review and revise existing repair estimates, as well as generate new estimates as required.
- High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency with Mitchell One or similar systems.
- Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and phone communication, as well as customer service skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office, emails, typing, and software navigation capabilities to generate repair estimates.
- Previous experience working as a Diesel Mechanic is preferred but not required.
- Health, dental, and vision insurance starting on the first day of employment.
