Branch Manager

At DAIKIN COMFORT TECHNOLOGIES DIST INC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
- Sales and Service: Maintain sales levels, review and edit sales data, and communicate regularly with customers to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Leadership and Development: Effectively coach, counsel, train, and develop all employees, driving continuous improvement processes and promoting teamwork.
- Financial Management: Process purchase orders, research low stock and receivables, and process branch payables, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with company policies.
- Inventory Management: Maintain ample levels of inventory to meet delivery and service expectations of all branch customers, staying current with cycle counts and minimizing dead stock.
- Facility Management: Review and maintain facility safety, security, and maintenance, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Develop plans for increased branch profitability and productivity, driving continuous improvement processes and promoting innovation.
- Leadership Experience: 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role, with 3-5 years of store or branch management experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the HVAC wholesale industry is strongly preferred.
- Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent, with a college degree strongly preferred.
- Skills: Proven customer service experience, leadership, coaching, and team-oriented mindset, with effective verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
