Insurance Risk Management Advisor

Our Client Advisors bring risk management solutions to businesses and individuals, focusing on identifying, prospecting, and cultivating new commercial clients. While your primary focus is selling commercial lines risk solutions, you are empowered to help clients with personal lines insurance, employee benefits, 401(k) and related retirement solutions, and payroll and human resources outsourcing solutions. With access to a broad range of solutions, you can prospect any company of any size to provide value to your client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Cultivate New Business: Leverage your knowledge of commercial lines insurance to identify new business opportunities and cultivate existing relationships.
- Engage in Sales and Marketing Tactics: Utilize all sales and marketing tactics, including extensive corporate marketing support, to move prospects through your funnel to closing.
- Track Sales Activities: Utilize HubSpot to track all sales activities and leverage its full potential to drive results.
- Bring Value to Clients: Provide comprehensive risk management solutions to clients, including traditional commercial lines insurance, high net worth / private client, employee benefits, human capital and payroll outsourcing, and retirement financial services.
Compensation: As a World Insurance Client Advisor, your compensation is tied to your effort and performance. We offer a base salary plus commissions as well as a full suite of employee benefits, including a 401(k) match that is immediately fully vested. The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $250,000+, depending on experience and performance.
