Your Impact

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain essential platforms for multimodal model development.
- Collaborate with team members to explore design methodologies, prototype innovative technologies, and assess technical feasibility.
- Work closely with Applied Scientists to process data and scale machine learning models effectively.
- Engage in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software within tight timelines.
About Our Team
We are a passionate group of engineers and scientists committed to advancing innovation in data enrichment, training, and evaluation for Multimodal LLM foundation models.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional software development experience (non-internship).
- 2+ years of experience in system design or architecture, focusing on reliability and scalability.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience throughout the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Experience in designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance, large-scale machine learning systems.
- Proficient in PyTorch, with experience in both training and inference of deep learning models.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and GPU cluster training.
