Job Summary and Qualifications:
The position requires weekend availability. We are looking for a Florida-licensed CT Technologist to work full-time, with a schedule of 7 AM to 11 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.

As a CT Technologist, you will be proficient in performing diagnostic imaging procedures including brain, spine, facial, thoracic, abdominal, and extremity scans. Your commitment to patient care is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Select appropriate technical factors for studies and perform diagnostic CT examinations with compassion and respect.
  • Maintain thorough operational knowledge of CT scanners and related equipment.
  • Assist in administering contrast media and related procedures.
  • Prepare and position patients safely and respectfully.
  • Document all relevant clinical information accurately and timely.
  • Ensure high-quality CT images are submitted for interpretation.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues, including radiologists.
  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment to prevent contamination.
  • Be available for on-call and call-back responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:
Completion of a 24-month program in Radiologic Technology from an accredited institution is required. Candidates must possess current ARRT (CT) certification, active Florida Department of Health licensure, and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. The role demands physical stamina for frequent standing, bending, and lifting of patients and equipment.
