Executive Risk Solutions Specialist

IMA Financial Group is seeking a highly skilled Executive Risk Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Executive Risk Solutions team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure business continuity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address client needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in risk management.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in risk management, business insurance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
