Aquinas Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our team in Middletown, NY. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for receiving and transporting raw materials, managing inventory, and ensuring timely shipments.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and process incoming shipments, including unloading trucks and entering shipment information into the database.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking of materials.
- Load outbound shipments and prepare them for delivery.
- Perform regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth material flow.
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-5+ years of experience in a warehouse or shipping/receiving environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unaided and handle up to 100lb loads using material handling equipment.
- Proficiency in computer software, including inventory or shipping systems.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
