Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Daily Maintenance Tasks: Conduct daily maintenance and service tasks received from tenants, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and relations.
  • Oversee Vendor Management: Assist in overseeing vendors employed to maintain and service buildings, parking areas, and property.
  • Ensure Building Systems Functionality: Verify that all building systems are operational and functioning properly.
  • Perform Preventive Maintenance: Complete required periodic and preventive maintenance responsibilities.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete paperwork, such as ordering supplies, tracking inventory, and writing memorandums.
  • Key Control and Energy Management: Assist in maintaining the key control system and monitoring the Energy Management System daily.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergency calls after hours.
  • Towing Policy Enforcement: Enforce the towing policies of the company.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
  • Certification: Certification in the procurement, storage, use, removal, and installation of all refrigerants used in the buildings.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, with hands-on abilities.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility of work hours as work needs change and ability to work weekends.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
  • Credibility and Trustworthiness: Must be highly credible and trustworthy, operating with a high degree of integrity.
