Senior Building Automation Engineer

LMC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Automation Engineer to join our team in Michigan. As a key member of our engineering and operations team, you will play a critical role in guiding our clients through the adoption and utilization of our market-leading smart building operating system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of our smart building platform, ensuring seamless integration with our software suite.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, program, and analyze building automation systems, delivering innovative solutions that meet client needs.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of HVAC controls and mechanical systems, applying this knowledge to create efficient and effective building automation systems.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, informing the development of our smart building platform.
  • Work closely with Product Management, Client Experience, and Mission Control teams to ensure that our platform meets the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to channel partners and clients, ensuring successful deployment of our smart building technology.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in engineering, with a degree in a related field.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Practical understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems, with experience in building automation systems.
  • Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to decipher complex data sets and identify trends.
  • Strong technical expertise in engineering and programming, with the ability to architect solutions that scale with the speed of innovation.
  • Ability to understand user needs and translate them into reality, with a focus on delivering user-centric solutions.
