We are looking for a Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Boston, MA. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, including job posting management, applicant tracking, and interview coordination.

Job Description

The Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist at Quantis US will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment process, including managing job postings, tracking applicants, and coordinating interviews. They will also play a key role in facilitating the onboarding process, including setting up email accounts, access credentials, and necessary hardware/software.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in HR administration and recruiting, with strong organizational skills, detail-orientation, and excellent communication skills. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office suite and have a Bachelor's degree.
