About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Talent Specialist to join our team at Boston Pads LLC. As a key member of our hiring team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job postings, networking events, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify hiring needs and provide recommendations on candidate selection.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate fit and provide feedback to the management team.
Requirements
  • Massachusetts Real Estate License: An active MA real estate license is required to understand industry standards and support our team effectively.
  • Real Estate Expertise: Demonstrated experience in the Boston real estate market, with a track record of closing transactions and understanding the local real estate landscape.
  • Hiring and Onboarding Experience: Previous experience in managing the full cycle of recruiting, training, and onboarding.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
