Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Maintenance/Housekeeping II for our affordable housing properties. This role is essential in ensuring the daily maintenance of the facilities, creating a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:


Housekeeping Duties:
- Conduct routine cleaning tasks to maintain the property in a sanitary and orderly condition.

- Clean facilities using appropriate cleaning solutions and disinfectants to prevent the spread of illness.

- Dust and vacuum surfaces, empty trash receptacles, and organize furniture and equipment.

- Sanitize sinks, tubs, mirrors, and similar fixtures, and replenish supplies as needed.


Grounds Maintenance:
- Perform landscaping tasks including mowing, weeding, raking, and snow removal to maintain an attractive environment for residents and staff.
Maintenance and Safety:
- Execute various maintenance and repair tasks for the property.

- Report any mechanical issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.

- Adhere to safety protocols while performing duties and seek assistance when necessary for heavy lifting.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- No formal experience is required; however, relevant experience may substitute for education.
- A valid driver's license, auto liability insurance, and a reliable vehicle are necessary.
