Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a skilled Maintenance/Housekeeping II to join our team at Cascade Village and Rock Creek Terrace in Stevenson, WA. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the daily upkeep of our properties, ensuring a safe, sanitary, and attractive environment for tenants and employees.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including janitorial duties, equipment inspections, and repairs.
• Respond to tenant maintenance requests and complete repairs on vacant units.
• Conduct grounds maintenance, including mowing grass, weeding, raking leaves, pruning trees, and shoveling snow.
• Maintain a clean and organized utility/supply room.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• No formal experience required, but experience may be substituted for education.
• Driver's license, auto liability insurance, and a reliable automobile required.
