Job Summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance/Housekeeping II to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our properties, ensuring a comfortable and healthy environment for our tenants and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning facilities, equipment, and common areas.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.
  • Respond to tenant maintenance requests and complete repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform grounds maintenance, including mowing, weeding, and pruning.
  • Maintain and clean equipment, including mops, buckets, and cleaning solutions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • No formal experience required, but experience may be substituted for education.
  • Driver's license, auto liability insurance, and a reliable automobile required.
