**Job Summary**
The Construction Site Supervisor at MP Nexlevel is responsible for managing a team of crew members to ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of utility construction projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and supervise a team of crew members to ensure efficient project completion
- Operate equipment and perform production activities as needed to complete installation of utilities
- Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure project goals are met
- Lead by example and demonstrate a strong understanding of the construction business
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled crew members
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Monitor and control project costs to ensure profitability
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or related field
- Valid Driver's License and ability to obtain a Class A CDL
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications
