Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our 3ST Post Surgical team at Broward Health Coral Springs. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients based on their unique needs and treatment plans.
* Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to establish and achieve patient care goals.
* Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements:

* Graduate of an accredited nursing school (AD in Nursing, RN Diploma, or BSN).
* One to two years' experience in acute care hospital setting.
* Current BLS and ACLS certification through AHA or Red Cross.
* Job/department related certification/license as outlined in the specific job description.
