Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care for assigned patients, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
- Provide direct and indirect patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and educating patients and families on health-related topics.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote patient safety and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school (AD in Nursing, RN Diploma, or BSN)
- Newly licensed RN may apply but may need to complete appropriate specialty training for the area
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Florida
- BLS through AHA or Red Cross
