Job Summary

As a Radiologic Technologist at Froedtert Health, you will play a critical role in preparing patients for imaging procedures, operating imaging equipment, and performing diagnostic studies. You will work under the direction of radiologists and other providers to ensure high-quality patient care. This position requires advanced certification in multiple imaging modalities, including Bone Densitometry, CT, Diagnostic X-ray, and Mammography.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures and operate imaging equipment
  • Perform diagnostic studies according to specific guidelines and prescribed protocols
  • Adhere to organizational customer service standards and support excellence initiatives
  • Provide positive and effective interaction and communication with patients, visitors, and staff
  • Perform ancillary services and assist in patient care areas as necessary
Requirements
  • Post-high school completion of an ARRT-accredited Radiologic Technology program
  • One year of current clinical experience in each modality is preferred
  • ARRT registered and current State of Wisconsin license as a Radiographer is required
  • Registered by the ARRT in CT, Mammography, or Bone Density within 18 months of hire/transfer is required
