About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Development Specialist to join our team at Progressive Employment Concepts. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities to achieve their employment goals and contribute to their communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to individuals on your caseload to help them find and maintain employment, develop relationships, and contribute to their community.
  • Coordinate and document services for individuals on your caseload, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with the team.
  • Foster inclusive communities through networking and relationship building, promoting social inclusion and empowerment.
  • Advocate for quality services and support for individuals on your caseload, ensuring their needs are met and their potential is realized.
