We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Complete Specialty Solutions. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing remote training to enhance office efficiency and workflow in preparation for specialty production days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain communication with general practice offices to support and maintain productivity.
- Review treatment plans and insurance verification with office staff and specialists, with a focus on oral surgery and periodontics.
- Correspond with patients to present treatment options and answer questions about treatments.
- Implement changes and provide education and feedback to providers, departments, and offices in relation to denials that impact revenue.
- Demonstrate exceptional integrity and composure when interacting with patients, staff, and specialists.
- Occasionally participate in in-person trainings to enhance services.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience as a dental treatment coordinator, with a focus on oral surgery and periodontics.
- Comfortable presenting dental information to patients.
- Licensed RDA preferred.
