Job Title: Dental Treatment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Complete Specialty Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting our specialty team and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support up to 15 general practice offices, maintaining productivity and efficiency
  • Review treatment plans and insurance verification with office staff and specialists
  • Communicate with our travel team to ensure successful outcomes of production days
  • Assist office staff with specialty-related denials, including duplicate claims, timely filing, and EOB requests
  • Provide feedback to providers, departments, and offices on revenue-impacting details
  • Develop and conduct problem-solving techniques to improve office workflows
  • Enforce CSS regulations and maintain attention to detail
  • Demonstrate exceptional integrity and composure when interacting with patients, staff, and specialists
  • Actively participate in all aspects of operational support duties
  • Correspond with patients regarding treatment-related inquiries
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Dental Office Manager/Coordinator
  • Knowledge of specialty procedures, including endo, ortho, perio, and oral surgery
  • 2+ years of recent specialty coding and billing experience
  • Comfortability presenting dental information to patients
  • Licensed RDA preferred
