Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Transaction Advisory Consulting Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Transaction Advisory Services practice, you will work closely with clients to provide financial due diligence and advisory services for middle-market US and international businesses.

Responsibilities
  • Perform financial due diligence for clients acquiring businesses, including preparing detailed financial analysis to evaluate acquisition decisions and financing requirements.
  • Participate in client meetings and site visits, interacting with top-level management to obtain pertinent information for financial analysis.
  • Collaborate with other functional areas of the practice, including tax, audit, and consulting services.
  • Represent the firm in community activities and professional associations.
Requirements
  • Minimum B.A. / B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited university by the time employment commences.
  • Accounting major.
  • Ability to travel up to 20-30% locally and nationally.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office (primarily Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
