Director Talent Acquisition Job Description

The Director of Talent Acquisition is a key leadership role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to support the growth and objectives of TEI Construction Services, Inc.

This role involves overseeing the talent acquisition process, leading a team of recruiters, and collaborating with senior leadership to ensure the proactive attraction of high-caliber candidates who align with our organizational values and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with business objectives and support long-term growth.
  • Talent Sourcing: Design and deploy innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-potential candidates across various channels.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize analytics and reporting tools to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance and promote TEI Construction Services, Inc.'s employer brand to attract top talent.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent market trends.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in talent acquisition, with a track record of success in a leadership role.
