The Head of Talent Acquisition plays a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of TEI Construction Services, Inc. This strategic position is responsible for crafting and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's growth objectives. The individual will lead a dedicated team of recruitment professionals, ensuring the attraction of exceptional talent that embodies the organization's core values.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Formulate and execute talent acquisition initiatives that resonate with business goals and foster sustainable growth. Provide guidance and oversight to the recruitment team, ensuring the successful application of recruitment strategies.
- Talent Sourcing: Innovate and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates through diverse channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Recruitment Process Oversight: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding. Ensure a positive candidate experience while upholding efficiency and compliance with organizational policies. Equip the team with necessary tools and training to excel in their roles.
- Team Development: Inspire, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team of recruitment specialists. Establish clear objectives and performance indicators, providing continuous feedback and support.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Engage with senior leaders and hiring managers to comprehend staffing requirements and devise customized recruitment strategies. Offer insights on talent market trends to guide strategic decisions.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics and reporting tools to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and refine recruitment practices based on data insights.
- Employer Branding: Elevate and communicate TEI Construction Services' employer brand to attract top-tier talent. Develop strategies to highlight the company's culture, values, and career opportunities.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards in all recruitment practices. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing methodologies, and talent market dynamics.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.
- Proven ability to foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Demonstrated capacity to drive innovation and enhance recruitment processes.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A Master's degree or relevant certifications are preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in a leadership capacity.
