Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Vice President - Investran Team Lead to join our Alternative Investments Transformation team. As a lead, you will be responsible for providing business requirements and analysis to internal and external clients on current and future state operating models. Your key responsibilities include interpreting project needs, managing cross-functional teams, and implementing projects efficiently.

About the Team
The Alternative Investments Transformation team is responsible for delivering high-quality projects and solutions that meet the needs of our clients. As a member of this team, you will work closely with colleagues to design, develop, and deploy meaningful solutions for internal operations teams and clients.

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong leadership skills, including the ability to manage cross-functional teams and implement projects efficiently. Additionally, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a sense of urgency, and experience working within an investment firm in a technology or front-office role are essential. You must also have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and ~5+ years of experience using Microsoft products and the Investran application.
