Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Communicate directly with customers to identify their vehicle concerns, ensuring precise and effective service delivery.
- Service Planning: Create and implement detailed work plans based on thorough assessments and diagnostics of vehicles.
- Diagnostic Procedures: Conduct advanced diagnostic evaluations on KIA vehicles, interpreting results to identify and recommend suitable solutions.
- Vehicle Assessments: Perform comprehensive inspections of vehicle systems, including suspensions, steering, and exhausts, to identify potential issues.
- Repairs and Replacements: Carry out repairs or replacements on essential vehicle components, including transmissions, brakes, engines, and more.
- Emergency Assistance: Provide immediate support in emergency situations and sudden breakdowns through field visits.
- Performance Evaluation: Test drive repaired vehicles to confirm that issues are resolved and performance criteria are met.
- Routine Maintenance: Execute routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, wheel balancing, alignment, and brake inspections.
- Documentation: Maintain precise records of parts inventory and serviced vehicles, ensuring adherence to company standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: In-depth knowledge of KIA vehicles, electrical systems, and diesel engine mechanics.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in utilizing maintenance tools, repair equipment, and diesel engine diagnostic software.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic understanding of computer systems and relevant electronics.
- Certifications: KIA Certifications are mandatory for this role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.
