Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute multiple engineering projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
- Coordinate project activities, track materials, and communicate engineering matters with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee and monitor production in conjunction with Foreman and Superintendent, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
- Maintain project schedules, assist with job meetings, and review submittals, contract documents, and contract files.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards, and draft purchase orders, subcontracts, and change orders as needed.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting professional growth and development.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of increasing responsibility in Public Works Civil Projects, with experience working with municipalities and public entities for roadwork, bridge, or utilities projects.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, HCSS, and scheduling software, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a strong work ethic, team player attitude, and attention to detail.
- Valid CA driver's license and clean driving record, with the ability to drive on behalf of the organization.
