About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and produce high-quality project responses in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with client requirements.
  • Manage proposal schedules, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain regional proposal resources to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted messaging and win themes, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and teaming partners to ensure effective project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a company database and client relationships, fostering strong partnerships and driving business development efforts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in FDOT procurement and pre-qualification processes, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality content that resonates with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, communications, or business administration.
  • Five+ years of proposal development experience in the A/E/C industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
