Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Controls Technician to join our team at Water Control Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, programming, and testing custom water treatment control panels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build custom control panels for water treatment systems
  • Program and test control panels to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with external suppliers to facilitate control panel design
  • Draft technical manuals for instrumentation and skidded systems
  • Assist with panel construction and installation on our water treatment skid
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Industrial controls/Mechatronics/Engineering Technology
  • Two (2) years of control panel experience and electrical troubleshooting or applicable coursework
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Preferred Qualifications
  • R&D Experience
  • AUTOCAD Electrical
  • Control panel design and test prototypes of equipment
  • Master Electrician
  • Previous panel construction experience
Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer and/or standing for prolonged periods on the shop floor. Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
