Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct supplier research to identify potential vendors.
  • Prepare and issue Requests for Quotes (RFQs).
  • Analyze supplier performance data to inform decision-making.
  • Engage in basic negotiations to secure optimal pricing, delivery timelines, and contractual terms.

  • Create and maintain purchase order documentation in compliance with organizational standards.
  • Track purchase order status and ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist in the review process to ensure Bill of Material accuracy.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
