Requirements:

  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture, business and data architecture development, and management.
  • Experience working with large data sets, teams, and complex problems.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Knowledge of federal and state transportation regulations and policies.
  • Experience in research and evaluation principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of transportation planning, project development, and finance.
  • Experience working with business leaders and users to capture processes and identify issues and solutions.
