Job Description

Job Title: Data Governance Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of our data governance framework, policies, and processes. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in data governance, data warehouse implementations, data exchange, data analytics, and Health IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the data governance framework, policies, and processes.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to implement the data governance framework and organizational structure.
  • Develop policies and procedures for data governance.
  • Apply data governance policies and procedures to priority systems.
  • Ensure data governance decisions and guidance for data sources to be ingested into the Enterprise Data Warehouse.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in data governance, data warehouse implementations, data exchange, data analytics, and Health IT projects.
  • Proficient in communication and negotiation at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in scheduling and time management.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in team building, motivating, and inspiring.
  • PMP-certified.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with business rules engines and ETL tools.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics.
  • Experience with managing a project for implementing data governance policies, processes, and tools.
  • Experience in Health IT.
  • Experience with data exchange solutions.
  • Experience with data warehouse implementations.
  • Experience with procuring technology solutions.
