Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert consultation on investment and insurance solutions, along with crafting comprehensive financial plans tailored to client needs.
  • Foster robust relationships with clients and colleagues by effectively managing sales and service interactions, identifying opportunities, and making appropriate referrals to internal teams.
  • Analyze various financial documents, such as tax returns, account statements, Social Security benefit estimates, pension statements, annuity contracts, and life insurance policies.
  • Develop, nurture, and sustain client relationships through proactive business development and community engagement.
  • Educate branch personnel and internal partners on investment opportunities to enhance client service.
  • Promote investment education and visibility within the branch environment.
  • Maintain regular and productive communication with both internal and external stakeholders to cultivate relationships that drive referral business.
  • Engage in networking and community events to establish valuable connections.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a Financial Advisor or in a comparable role is essential.
  • Possession of FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63, 65) licenses is mandatory, along with Life and Health Insurance certifications.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others to achieve organizational goals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset, willing to assist colleagues as needed.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external clients.
