Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide essential assistance and support to individuals in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

This role involves monitoring and supervising the care of clients with complex health needs, reviewing referrals and evaluating client requirements, and developing and revising care plans as necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise personal support aides and licensed practical nurses to ensure high-quality care is provided.
  • Document progress notes and supervise visits, communicating all revisions to relevant staff members.
  • Communicate client care needs with other healthcare providers, caregivers, and family representatives.
  • Make recommendations regarding member services to care coordinators.

To be successful in this role, you will need current Georgia RN licensure, two years' experience in home health services or a related field, and knowledge of current methods of home management and the provision of personal care.

Requirements
  • Current Georgia RN license to practice nursing and render services in accordance with the provisions of the Georgia Registered Professional Nurse Practice Act.
  • Two years' experience in home health services or a related field, with a preference for experience working with older populations.
  • Knowledge of current methods of home management, the provision of personal care, and the ability to supervise and coordinate the work of others.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $62,500-$82,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
