About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Development Specialist to join our team at Tyndale Company, Inc. This is a full-time position based in Houston, TX or Pipersville, PA (Bucks County).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Serve as a system expert, fully understanding complex programs and presenting best technical solutions for customers.
  • Contribute to organizational growth by developing and maintaining excellent client relationships, identifying potential new areas of business, and resolving any customer concern to full satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Associates degree or equivalent, one to two years of sales, account management, project management, or Tyndale Client Services experience required.
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools required.
  • SalesForce experience a plus.

  • A competitive salary of $70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
