Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Network Human Services. As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing direct care and support to residents with various needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist residents with medication administration, meal preparation, and other essential tasks.
- Maintain a safe and clean living environment by performing routine household chores and maintenance tasks.
- Document resident progress and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Requirements:
- Certified or licensed in healthcare or related field preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or elderly population.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical demands of the job.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary Range:$38,000 - $45,000 per year
