Job Summary

QuickVisit Urgent Care is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team. As an X-Ray Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality radiologic imaging services to patients. Your expertise in radiologic technology and ability to work well with others will be essential in delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform radiologic imaging procedures on patients, ensuring accurate and high-quality images.
  • Prepare patients for radiologic procedures, explaining the process and ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Operate and maintain radiologic equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Document patient information and radiologic findings, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved radiologic technology program.
  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or registry eligible.
  • Current Iowa license to practice as a radiologic technologist.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 60 pounds and assist with patient maneuvering.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
