Job Summary:

Trinity Health is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality imaging services to patients, utilizing your technical expertise and attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient results.

Responsibilities:

Interpret clinical information from clinical team meetings to meet radiology needs of patients

Apply thorough and accurate imaging techniques for patient positioning, adhering to orders

Monitor radiation exposure time and activity with hyper-sensitivity

Routinely apply sterile techniques and quality safety practices for patients, teammates, and yourself

Troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain radiology equipment to prevent equipment failures

Qualifications:

Successful completion of an accredited two-year Radiologic Technology program

Registry eligible or Registered Radiologic Technologist, maintaining active registry status

Current Iowa Permit to Practice

Participation in professional society (i.e., ISRT or SCD)

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtained within three (3) months of hire

Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training specific to population served within three (3) months of hire

Valid Driver's/Chauffeurs License required, meeting MercyOne's Motor Vehicle Safety Standards, and being at least 18 years of age and eligible to drive per Iowa state law
