Job Summary

As a Radiologic Technologist at Trinity Health, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our medical team. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team and help us deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Interpret clinical information from clinical team meetings to meet radiology needs of patients

Apply thorough and accurate imaging techniques for patient positioning respective to the order

Monitor radiation exposure time and activity with hyper-sensitivity

Routinely apply sterile techniques and quality safety practices for patients, teammates, and yourself

Troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain radiology equipment to avoid equipment failures

Qualifications

Successful completion of an accredited two-year Radiologic Technology program

Registry eligible or Registered Radiologic Technologist; and maintain active registry status

Maintain current Iowa Permit to Practice

Participate in professional society (i.e., ISRT or SCD)

Basic Life Support (BLS) certified or obtained within three (3) months of hire

Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training specific to population served within three (3) months of hire

Valid Driver's/Chauffeurs License required, must meet MercyOne's Motor Vehicle Safety Standards, must be at least 18 years of age and be eligible to drive per Iowa state law
