Job Description

Danfoss LLC is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join its Food Retail business segment. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share across existing accounts and generating new business with new accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive account plan for growth and expansion
  • Develop new business at existing key accounts and non-Danfoss accounts in the designated region
  • Establish and maintain relationships at C-suite level with existing and new key accounts
  • Participate in monthly business dialogue meetings and communicate internally with stakeholders on business requirements for growth
  • Manage P&L at key accounts and maintain a quality opportunity pipeline in Salesforce
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Sales, or equivalent experience
  • More than five years of sales experience, with C-level management experience
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the Food Retail, Energy Management, and HVAC/R industries
  • Capacity to work with and through others in a matrixed organization
  • Salesforce or equivalent experience, with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good command of the English language and ability to travel up to 60%
