Role Summary:

The Software Training, Support, and Testing Specialist plays a crucial role within our nationally recognized CHAP initiative. This position is designed to enhance the functionality and usability of our Chambers calendaring software, which serves numerous bankruptcy court Chambers.

The specialist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive training sessions, both in-house and on-site, aimed at empowering end users and IT personnel with the necessary skills to effectively utilize the CHAP program.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, create, and refine training materials, aids, and manuals in collaboration with the technical writing team.
  2. Employ diverse training methodologies, including classroom instruction, computer-based training, self-guided web training, and video presentations.
  3. Provide first-line customer support by addressing help desk inquiries, diagnosing issues, and identifying enhancements needed for the software.
  4. Document detailed software change requests for the development team to facilitate necessary modifications.
  5. Guide approved change requests through the agile development process, ensuring thorough software testing and proper documentation of new features.

This role may require occasional travel to fulfill training and support obligations.
