Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our skilled nursing facility in Staten Island, NY. The ideal candidate will have prior long-term care experience and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and mentor less experienced nurses, providing clinical and career guidance
- Establish and implement employee policies and procedures
- Monitor overall care and review individual resident cases
- Represent the unit's interests with upper-level management
- Valid NYS RN License
- 2 years of long-term care experience preferred
- 1-year charge nurse experience preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
A competitive salary of $90,000-$100,000 and a warm, nurturing environment that allows each resident to maintain their individuality.
