Our EUC team plays a crucial role in ensuring that all hardware, software, and technology resources are effectively supported for both in-office and remote personnel, enabling them to perform their duties efficiently. We collaborate with various stakeholders to streamline processes and policies that enhance user productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitating the onboarding and training of new users within The Ladders' environment.
  • Delivering expert-level support for hardware, software, network, and server issues on Windows and Mac platforms.
  • Managing mobile device support, including MDM and Apple/Android device management.
  • Overseeing access management by provisioning and maintaining user access to all computing resources.
  • Handling ticket and incident management through ServiceNow, ensuring effective issue resolution and documentation.
  • Conducting hardware imaging and software deployment.
  • Provisioning and managing Active Directory, Azure, Intune, and Exchange Online, including device authentication and user management.
  • Administering file, print, and DHCP services.
  • Managing purchasing processes and maintaining inventory in accordance with established workflows.
  • Overseeing the physical management of IT hardware.
  • Troubleshooting conference room AV systems and providing support for video conferencing tools.
  • Supporting technology used on trading floors and by brokers, including specialized communication devices and data display systems.
Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, Intune, Exchange Online, and troubleshooting Windows desktop/server environments.
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, MacOS, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of networking technologies such as Cisco and Juniper.
  • Exceptional multitasking, time management, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Experience in a financial services or trading environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell and scripting is a plus.
