- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations, including DOH compliance.
- Team Collaboration: Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Experience: 1+ years in a butcher role, with a strong background in meat preparation and cutting techniques.
- Skills: Knowledge of animal anatomy and meat preparation techniques, as well as the ability to stand for extended periods.
- Language: English fluency preferred.
- Competitive Compensation: Hourly rate of $24 - $25/hr.
