About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to join our team in a key client-facing role. As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing strong client relationships, contributing to product payer strategy development, and driving innovative managed market initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow strong client relationships with assigned brands
  • Contribute to product payer strategy development
  • Develop and drive innovative managed market initiatives
  • Work with internal teams to ensure the quality of deliverables and interactions with assigned clients
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and budget for assigned clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payer or brand marketing within the pharmaceutical industry or a pharmaceutical agency of record
  • BS/BA required, advanced degree preferred
  • Structured and well-organized
  • Demonstrated success within the consulting environment or pharmaceutical industry
  • Significant knowledge base of managed markets, reimbursement, and/or health economics
  • Ability to interact with and influence clients to drive existing and future business
  • Excellent writing skills as well as the ability to communicate complex material in presentations and discussions in a straightforward manner
  • Strong presentation skills for both internal and client communications
  • Strong interpersonal skills in order to develop sound, long-term client relationships and an ability to influence clients
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic, successful consulting firm, which maintains high quality standards and demands excellence
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite tools
  • Willingness to travel to client sites (assume 15-25% of time)
