Key Responsibilities

As a Reserve Bank Human Resources Manager at Disability Solutions, you will be responsible for overseeing the human resources functions of the Reserve Bank. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing HR budgets, and ensuring compliance with Board policies, laws, and regulations.

You will work closely with other section staff on Reserve Bank HR policy development and on Reserve Bank System HR workgroups. Additionally, you may serve as a project or team leader for Section, Division, Board, or system initiatives. You will need to have excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, as well as high-level analytical ability.

The estimated salary for this position is $130,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Some travel may be required.
