In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing high volumes of appointment calls, scheduling new and established patient appointments, and providing outstanding customer service to our patients and employees.

To excel in this position, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You should also be proficient in using technology and learning new systems quickly, and be willing to provide feedback for process improvement initiatives.

We offer a competitive salary range of $16-$22 per hour, depending on experience, and a flexible schedule with hours between 8am and 6pm.
