Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team at EMS of Virginia (Educating, Mentoring, Success). The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the provision of mental health and substance abuse services to clients in a community-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of QMHP Clinicians and other clinical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of clients.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the effectiveness of services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
Requirements
  • Licensed or licensed-eligible as an LPC or LCSW in the State of Virginia.
  • Experience in mental health and substance abuse services, including staff supervision and program development.
  • Strong knowledge of human services systems and community resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
