Pricing Analyst

Kennedys is seeking a skilled Pricing Analyst to join our Finance team. This is a brand new position that will support the Head of Pricing in providing data and information to support the pricing process and analysis of margin realization on an ongoing basis.

• Develop and maintain the rates database to allow benchmarking of rates and identify overdue client rate reviews.
• Provide support to Partners and bid teams in relation to the pricing of work and client agreements, including the provision of modelling scenarios.
• Support the end-to-end matter management process in terms of pricing and client profitability reviews.
• Develop and maintain the pricing governance database, including details of where approvals of deals outside of the scope of the pricing policy have been made.
• Provide analysis of historical data of previous work done relating to specific sectors or clients.

• Bachelor's degree in a highly analytical discipline, such as Economics, Business, or Engineering.
• Experience in pricing in the professional services industry is preferred.
• Excellent financial and analytical capability, with a focus on fact-based assessments.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative to identify and address issues proactively.
