We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Luxor Nursing and Rehabilitation at Mills Pond in St. James, NY. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect and record vital information from new residents.
  • Administer medications and injections as needed.
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
  • Assist residents with daily living activities.
  • Monitor food and liquid intake and output.
Requirements:
  • Valid NY State LPN license.
  • Ability to work as a team member.
  • Good standing with State Registry.
